- Meta (Facebook). If you accept advertising cookies, we share anonymised conversion data with the Meta Pixel.
- Cloudflare. Our website hosting provider, which stores standard server logs.
We never sell your data to third parties. We never use your contact details for marketing other than following up your specific enquiry.
How long we keep your information
We retain your enquiry data for 24 months after your last contact with us. This lets us follow up if your timing has changed or if your original quote has expired. After 24 months, your data is deleted from our systems.
If you become a customer, we retain your contract and certification records for as long as required by law (typically 6 years) for tax, regulatory, and electrical safety record-keeping purposes.
