  • Your time frame for the work
  • Any additional notes you choose to include

How we use your information

We use the information you provide for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiry. We'll call you back during working hours to discuss your rewire and arrange a free survey if you want one.
  • To prepare your quote. The information about your property helps us prepare an accurate fixed-price quote.
  • To carry out the work, if you proceed. If you accept our quote, we use your details to schedule and deliver the work.

Who we share your information with

We share your information only with the following parties, all of whom are required to protect your data appropriately:

  • Tradify. Our job management software. Your enquiry is automatically logged in Tradify so we can manage your job from quote to completion. View Tradify's privacy policy.
  • Google. If you accept analytics cookies, we share anonymised website usage data with Google Analytics and conversion data with Google Ads.
  • Meta (Facebook). If you accept advertising cookies, we share anonymised conversion data with the Meta Pixel.
  • Cloudflare. Our website hosting provider, which stores standard server logs.

We never sell your data to third parties. We never use your contact details for marketing other than following up your specific enquiry.

How long we keep your information

We retain your enquiry data for 24 months after your last contact with us. This lets us follow up if your timing has changed or if your original quote has expired. After 24 months, your data is deleted from our systems.

If you become a customer, we retain your contract and certification records for as long as required by law (typically 6 years) for tax, regulatory, and electrical safety record-keeping purposes.

Your rights
